Dear Parent/Guardian:

The Capistrano Unified School District is pleased to provide transportation services for co-curricular activities. To reduce the financial encroachment on the District’s instructional program, our District has established a four-tiered transportation fee of $50, $80, $105, and $125 (listed below) that partially offsets the cost of co-curricular transportation expenses. The fee structure is based upon the number of trips taken by different groups. Under this fee structure, transportation is not provided on Sundays or holidays.

Group I Group II Group III Group IV
$50 $80 $105 $125

At the beginning of each season or sport, parents of participating students will be responsible for paying the co-curricular transportation service fee indicated above to the Activities Office at their school. Please see the head coach of your sport for further information, timelines, and collection procedures.

Please make checks payable to: San Clemente High School

To apply for a waiver of the co-curricular transportation fee, please complete the fee waiver application and return it to the school Athletic Office prior to the beginning of the activity. If a student qualifies for the Free or Reduced-Price Lunch Program or District-Paid Bus Pass, they will be considered for the co-curricular transportation fee waiver. The application must be complete and will be handled in strictest confidence.

Thank you for your support.
